Procedure

Apply In-Person:

11. The ISSSTE will verify the application and documents. They may also assess your eligibility for the withdrawal based on their rules and regulations.
12. It may take some time for the ISSSTE to review the application and process your request. Be patient during this period.
13. Once the application is approved, they will receive the funds from your Individual Account as per the ISSSTE's guidelines.
14. This entire process can be completed within 1 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
