Apply In Person

  1. To Apply for Support to Find Employment Through the STPS (Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare), the applicant has to approach the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare link
  2. An application form will be provided to the applicant by the concerned officer.
  3. Ensure that the applicant has attached all the necessary documents mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
  4. The applicant has to attach the photocopies of the required documents along with the application form while submitting.
  5. Submit all the documents with the completed form to the concerned officer.
  6. The applicant has to pay the prescribed fee as requested by the authority.
  7. After receiving the application, the concerned authority will check the submitted application and document set. If all are in place, the application will be accepted.
  8. An acknowledgment receipt will be provided. Please save it for future reference.
  9. If the applicant needs assistance during the application process or has any questions, don't hesitate to ask the staff at the SNE office. They are there to provide guidance and support to job seekers.
  10. Then the application will be processed further and all the updates on the application status will be notified through email or by SMS.
  11. Once the process gets completed successfully, the applicant has to collect the certificate from the officer by visiting the office.
  12. This entire process can be completed within 2 – 3 weeks or as per the timeline advised by the respective department authority.
