Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for renewing an Air Transport Training Institute in person, the applicant has to visit the office of Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

3. Visit the NCAA office with an application letter made in writing and duly signed by a person authorised by the applicant to request for renewal of Air Transport Training Institute.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Attach the required documents with the application letter.
6. Pay the required application processing fee to the Authority as stipulated and also attach the receipt of payment with the application form.
7. Then, proceed to submit the application package to the Director General at the office in person for further processes.
8. After submission, the completed form and corresponding documents will be put into further verification and validation processes.
9. Once all the processes got completed, the authorities will make necessary steps for the renewed license issuance process.
