- After receiving the confirmation letter, the applicant must accurately complete and submit the customs declaration forms to the relevant customs authorities in Mauritius.
- The customs declaration forms must include details of the goods being imported or exported, the origin of the goods, and the invoice value.

- The clearance will be granted based on the declaration forms submitted and upon payment of any applicable duties or taxes.

- After submitting the application form, the applicant will receive a registration number and authorization to import the potatoes.
