Procedure

Apply In-Person:

1. To apply for renewing Cabin Crew Member Certificate in person, the applicant has to visit the office of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.
2. The address and contact details of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) can be found in the following contact link
3. Visit the NCAA office and obtain an application form for renewing Cabin Crew Member Certificate from the relevant department.
4. Make sure that you have all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
5. Complete the application form with necessary details and attach the required documents with the completed form.
6. Then, proceed to submit the application package to the Director General at the office in person for further processes.
7. Pay the cost of application and processing of license including the license fees as directed by the officials.
8. After successful payment, the Authority carries out a cursory review on the application package.
9. If the submitted information is found sufficient, the application will be approved and the officials will make necessary arrangements to issue the Certificate.
10. The applicant will be contacted through his/her phone number or email address and asked to collect the Certificate.

Eligibility

• Any Cabin Crew Member Certificate holder in Nigeria that is about to expire, can apply for a renewal.
• The applicant must have performed the required competency check and recurrent curriculum training.
