ProcedureEdit

  1. The sub-division of land in Kenya should be done at the District Physical Planning Committee.
  2. A plan should be drafted showing the plots or area that are to be divided.
  3. The applicant makes an application through a registered physical planner using the form PPA1 Form to the District Physical Planning Committee.
  4. Also, the applicant has to submit a planning brief explaining the sub-division.
  5. An appropriate fees is to be paid and the receipt should be attached to the planning brief and submitted to the planning committee of the county government.

  • Dully filled P.P.A 1 forms in triplicate submitted and signed by a Registered physical Planner.
  • Amalgamation/Subdivision Scheme (5 Blue prints and 1 Linen print)
  • Planning Brief by a Registered Physical Planner (signed accordingly)
  • Ownership documents (Title Deed)
  • Comprehensive Location Plan
  • Application fee receipt
  • Rates payment receipts
