*The Adoption membership is neither transferable nor returnable.
*If the Adoption membership card is lost, new card will be issued after paying 500 INR.
*If the address of the applicant has to be changed after adoption, mail should be sent to the Zoo authority informing name, old and new address and Adoption membership number.
*The Applicant can withdraw his/her name anytime, but the money won’t be refunded.

Benefits of Adopting a Zoo Animal: 
*Adoption membership card with photo identity proof will be provided.
*The adoption fee is eligible for Income Tax deduction under section 80G of the IT Act, 1961.
*On completion of Adoption period, Official Certificate of Adoption will be provided.
*Privileges such as a gift voucher for the zoo visit.
*Publication of Information about the Adoption in the local newspaper.
*Display of names/logo on the adopted Animal enclosure, depending upon the level of support.
*Adopters will receive an annual report of the concerned Zoo.
