==Eligibility==&lt;br /&gt;
To be able to apply for the procedure you must:&lt;br /&gt;
*be UAE national&lt;br /&gt;
*have a labour card that is active and issued from the Ministry of Labour&lt;br /&gt;
*be actively working with not less than six month in one establishment, and it&amp;#039;s calculated from the date of labour card issuance&lt;br /&gt;
*be registered in the General Authority for Pensions and Social Securityor Abu Dhabi Pensions and Retirement Fund&lt;br /&gt;
*have a minimum 3 month salary transfer through the Wages protection System (WPS)&lt;br /&gt;
