==Procedure==
#All renewal of a pharmacy license application shall be made through the National Drug Authority management information system online platform.
#All applicant seeking renewal of their license shall be provided access credentials to NDAMIS upon request.
#Applicant is required to pay all the prescribed fees as per the regulation at the time of application through the online payment system.
#To renew pharmaceutical license, the applicant has to contact the National Drug Authority Management Information System.
#The applicant has to make sure he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
#Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#On completion of this process, the Authority shall, within sixty days of receipt of the application, issue to the applicant a practicing license in the prescribed form upon being satisfied that the applicant:
#*is duly registered or enrolled;
#*is not for the time being suspended from practice; and
#*has complied with such other conditions as the Authority may prescribe including fulfillment of the prescribed requirements for continuous professional education for that year.

*Clearance from Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for non-nationals.
*Certificate of destruction of expired drugs prior to issuance of another Licence.
*Previous Approval from National Drug Authority to pharmacies which had a Licence to operate in the ending year.
*Proof of Services/business-registration/registering.
*Original certificate of registration (Business name)
*Certificate of incorporation (Company)
*Proof letter from Uganda Registration Services Bureau
*Original KCCA receipt for the previous year indicating existing business.
*Original rent and tenancy agreement from the Land lord for the new business.
*Original trading License for the previous year for already existing business.
*Previous Certificate of suitability of premises
*Previous Licence to operate a retail or wholesale Pharmacy
*Previous Certificate of Full Name as a Pharmacist
*In case of change of supervisor by the pharmacist from one pharmacy to another evidence that the company pharmacists as a director should be presented to National Drug Authority.

*Except those who are exempted under Section 8(2) of the Trade Licensing Act are eligible to renew Trading license for Pharmacy.

*Pharmacies may relocate within the same district but the new location must be at least in a radius of 200 meters from the nearest existing pharmacies.
*Pharmacies seeking to change management must have a valid Licence.
*Change of Licence i.e pharmacy to drug shop Licence, wholesale Licenses to retail licenses and vice versa shall be handled as new applications and shall be subjected to relevant regulations.
