#An applicant has to approach the EPA office and applicant can get their application form for environmental assessment permit for large scale and significant impact.
#Applicant has to enter all information in the application form.
#The completed form along with the required documents for small/medium scale assessment is to be submitted in 3 copies to any EPA Regional/ Area/District Office or the Head office.
#The applicant has to make sure that he or she has all the required documents that are required for this process to be successful and they can be found under the "Required Documents" section of this page.
#Upon submission of the Registration Form, EPA would conduct an inspection of the proposed site and issue a report (screening report) which would be presented to a cross-sartorial technical committee (the EIA Technical Review Committee) for a decision on the application within 25 working days from the date of registration.
#If the technical committee is satisfied with the findings on the report and there is no objection his/her will be issued with the environmental assessment permit upon payment of the required processing fees.
#A fees for this procedure is has to be paid as per the authority’s request.
#If all above mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be viewed by concerned authorities and the applicant will be notified regarding their permit.
#Generally, the processing time for this procedure is taken 1 month.
