*The applicant must settle any fuel taxes and fines prior to applying.<br />
*For un-transferred vehicles, the applicant must advertise the vehicle registration number, name of the buyer, name of the existing owner, the transferring dealer and the 7-day grace period for completing the ownership transfer process on the newspaper for one day. Application may only be accepted after the 8th day.<br />
*It is required that any pledge on the vehicle must be cancelled before the application may be accepted.<br />
*For applicants who have lost both the license plate registration certificate and the driving permit are only permitted to apply at your local office.<br />
*Cancellation due to non-transfer of ownership may only be done at a local office.<br />
*Cancellation of registration by law may only be done at your local office and may re-apply for a new license plate six months after the cancellation date.<br />
