#To apply for a new water connection, you will need to go to any branch or office of TWC. <br />
#Submit a completed application together with all required documents. Note: See list below.<br />
#After submission, your application will be reviewed and pressure test will be conducted.<br />

*Completed Application form (with certificate of membership in Water Pipe Engineering Industries) .<br />
*Seal of the applicant.<br />
*Architectural hydro-appliance design for applied installation (drawn by architects or professional technicians; design for buildings of 5 stories or less, exempt from architects supervision, can be drawn by A-ranking plumbing contractors.<br />
*Additional documents:<br />
**For buildings constructed after Dec.22, 1971, you will need to prepare these following documents: <br>Builiding use license or title deed to the house? <br>Building completion certificate Building certificate in districts that do not issue building permits <br>Letter of consent for water pipe connection in old legal house written up by local municipal, county governments or township offices.<br />
**For buildings constructed before Dec.22, 1971, prepare any of the documents below: <br>registered before that date: Certificate transcript of the house <br>construction license or building registered certificate Immigration registration in household <br>Tax payment certificate <br>Utility bill payment receipt or certificate.<br />
**An authorization letter from the owner or supervisor should be obtained in advance by the applicant in case the external line must go through others properties, houses or be connected to others water pipes.<br />
