#To register on the E-service portal, applicant has to submit a registration form by email to the export control department.&lt;br /&gt;

#Download the application form and fill up your details.&lt;br /&gt;
#Please send the duly filled form to the Export Control office by Email.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once your form is processed and accepted. You will receive an automatically generated password sent to your registered email address.&lt;br /&gt;
#Please come back to the login page: [https://etjanst.sjv.se/phyto/login.jsp Link]&lt;br /&gt;
#On the given link, use your automatically generated password and click on “sign in”&lt;br /&gt;
#Once login, fill up your details, upload your documents and click on “proceed”&lt;br /&gt;
#Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the Required Document” section of this page.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once the application is verified and registered, an inspection is scheduled.&lt;br /&gt;
#The Inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.&lt;br /&gt;

The fee for processing the application for a health certificate and pre-export certificate is SEK 450 per certificate.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

The Certificate is valid per shipment or consignment. A new shipment requires a new Phytosanitary Certificate&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
