1.An applicant starts by finding out the requirements and procedure for obtaining a emergency travel documents in Sudan. This information is obtained by identifying and visiting the issuing office with is the directorate of Nationality, Passport and Immigration under the Ministry of Interior or at the Sudan Embassy in the Country of Origin.<br />

2.When the above information is obtained, the applicant proceeds with obtaining the Application for Sudanese Emergency Travel Document (Form No. 3C) from the issuing office, and fill it carefully and accurately;<br />

3.After fill the form, the applicant prepares all the necessary documents and attaches them on to the filled application form; and<br />
<br />
4.Thereafter submit filled application form together with all the necessary documents to the directorate of Nationality, Passport and Immigration (Ministry of Interior);<br />
