#Persons seeking restoration should complete an application form. A link is provided under "Documents to Use" section which you can use to download the form.<br />
#You must submit the completed form to the Registrar within 6 months of the re-registration deadline. <br>For overseas companies who have failed to file an annual return for more than 6 months, and who have been removed from the register, will be restored on the register after its directors or a shareholder of that company applied for restoration. <br />
#If the application is in order and establishes a valid ground for restoration, then the Registrar will restore the company to the register. A notice to this effect will be published on the Company Haus Website and the applicant(s) will be notified of the outcome by mail.<br />

*the company is still carrying on business or this is another reason for it to continue in existence;<br />
*The company is a party to legal proceedings;<br />
*The company is in receivership or liquidation or both;<br />
*You (the applicant) are a creditor or a shareholder or you have an undischarged claim against the company<br />
*You (the applicant) believe that there exists, and you intend to pursue a right of action on behalf of the company under Part 6 of the Companies Act 2009.<br />
*You do not believe it would be just or equitable to remove the company from the Solomon Islands Register.<br />
