The declaration should be done by two informants after having received the medical death certificate.<br />

You have to go to the civil status office in the Independence house.<br />

When a death occurs out of the country of a Seychelles nationality, the family has to fund the displacement of the body from that country to the Seychelles. Then the funeral services are taken place as usual.<br />
