Apply In Person<br />
#To apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall approach the Ministry Of Agriculture and Animal Resources. Contact details are listed below under the “office locations and contacts” section.<br />
#You have to submit an Application form to the Ministry Of Agriculture and Animal Resources.<br />
#Application form can be found on the following link: [https://rwandatrade.rw/media/APPLICATION_FORM_FOR_PHYTOSANITARY_CERTIFICATEx.pdf Link]<br />
#Download the application form and fill up your details.<br />
#Please make sure you have all the required documents that are listed under the “Required Document” section of this page.<br />
#The applicant shall present the duly filled application form and documents to the Ministry Of Agriculture and Animal Resources.<br />
#Once your application is registered and processed, the inspector inspects the shipment.<br />
#Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate.<br />

#To apply for Phytosanitary Certificate, Applicant shall register on the Rwanda Agriculture and Livestock Inspection and Certification Services (RALIS).<br />

#On the given link, fill up your details and click on “submit”<br />
#After registering your account, come back to the login page. Fill up your credentials and click on “login”<br />
#Once login, fill up your consignment details and proceed.<br />
#Once your application is processed, the concern department will schedule an inspection.<br />
#The inspector inspects the shipment destined for export.<br />
#Once the inspection yields satisfactory results, the inspector issues a Phytosanitary Certificate<br />
