#To obtain a Pakistan Origin Card (POC) you may apply online through [http://id.nadra.gov.pk/pakistan-origin-card/ id.nadra.gov.pk].
#Simply follow the instructions on how you should complete the online form and documents you will need to attach to your application.
#Provide the required personal details. Review the information you have provided, sign the declaration and then submit the application.
#Pay fee through a Credit Card/Debit Card.
#Receive your card on the address you have indicated on your application.

==Required Documents==
New application:
*Valid Copy of Foreign Passport AND (Surrendered Pakistani Nationality) Applicant's Pakistani ID (NIC/NICOP/Passport etc.) 
End Note:
*Copy of NIC/NICOP (If original card is held then must be returned to NADRA HQ).
*Applicant will have to apply cancellation of NIC/CRC/NICOP prior to processing of POC application if age is greater than 21 years.
*Foreign national applicants (who do not possess Pakistani Nationality) should attach an affidavit with their application.
*Foreign national applicants who possess Pakistani nationality (dual nationals) are recommended to apply for NICOP or provide renunciation certificate. 
OR
*(Pakistani Parent's/Grandparents ) NIC/POC/NICOP/Passport of Parents/ Grandparents. AND Document (s) to establish relationship with them (birth certificate/educational documents/etc.) 
Or
*(Relative of Pakistani National: brother/sister/aunt/uncle) NIC/POC/Passport of the relative AND statement of the relative that establishes relationship with the applicant 
Or
*(Spouse of Pakistani) Attested copy of marriage certificate AND NIC/NICOP/Passport of the Pakistan national Spouse AND Your parents are of Pakistani origin or ever held Pakistani nationality. AND affidavit

Marriage certificate is required to be attested from Pakistan embassy/ mission/ consulate/ foreign office.

You are eligible for POC if:
*You were a Pakistani national and have surrendered the nationality.
*You are a foreign national, married to a Pakistani citizen and your parents are of Pakistani origin or ever held Pakistani nationality.
*You are a foreign national and your parents or grandparents are or were Pakistani nationals.
*You are a foreign national and any of your relatives (brother, sister, uncle, aunt) are or were Pakistani nationals.

NOTE: As per directions of Ministry of Interior, issuance of POC on the basis of spouse is no longer available.

Smart POC:
*New : 26,250
*Renewal: 26,250
*Modify: 31,500
*Cancellation of Normal POC : 31,500
*Cancellation of Smart POC : 52,500
