==Procedure==
#To renew your commercial business registration, you should apply through a certified transactions clearance bureau, a law firm, or any regional Directorate for a trade name/ brand of the company/ establishment he intends to renew its registration.
#Individually owned companies and 100% Omani partnership companies will be renewed at the same time. The data of Companies whose capital is more than RO 50,000 and companies subjected to the Foreign Investment Law will be audited and verified legally.
#Applicants will receive an email or a text message containing the application number and time and date of submission.
#Another email/ message will be sent informing applicants the status of their application (Approved, rejected, need more information, etc.)

==Required Documents==
*Original commercial register certificate.
*Copy of the specimen of signature.
*Copy of subscription at the Omani Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
*Copy of the balance sheet if the renewal for a limited liability company whose capital exceeds RO 50,000.
*Copy of the balance sheet if the renewal for a foreign company.
*A new contract should be submitted when the term of the original contract was 5 years and it was expired.
*If the renewal is for a foreign company, a copy of the contract with the contracted body of a letter mentioning the number of the contract and its term.
