*The Deaths Office holds Northern Territory records from 1870 to date.<br />
*You will need to complete the Application form and need to prove your identity and pay the appropriate fee.<br />
*You can make a request by completing the relevant application form and sending it to the Office of Deaths by mail or by facsimile. <br />
*Alternatively, an applicant can apply in person to the Darwin or Alice Springs public counters.<br />
