**Does not affect rights or obligations of the company, or legal proceedings by or against the company.<br />
*Legal proceedings that might have been continued or commenced against the company under its former name may be continued or commenced against it under its new name.<br />

*If the Registrar believes on reasonable grounds that a company has been registered under a name that contravenes at the time of registration, the Registrar may serve written notice on the company to change its name by a date specified in the notice that is not less than 20 working days after the date on which the notice is served.<br />
