*The driver of a public service vehicle should display a metal or a plastic badge. 
*This badge will have authorisation from respective department to drive the vehicle for public use. 
*No person shall act as a Driver of a public service vehicle unless he holds an effective Driver’s licence and badge issued to him authorising him to act as such. 
*While having a valid licence, one has to always wear his badge on duty. 
*No person shall employ or permit any person who is not so licensed to act as a driver of a public service vehicle.

*If at any time the authorization on a driver’s licence entitling him to drive a public service vehicle is suspended or revoked by any authority or any court 
*A driver of a public service vehicle shall not hold more than one such badge issued in the State.
