:i). Eligible to persons born in Morocco from foreign father born in Morocco.

:ii). Eligible persons born in Morocco from foreign parents born in Morocco, after entry into force of the Dahir (Royal Decree) relaive to citizenship

:iii). Eligible to Moroccan citizenship: in case of persons born in Morocco from a Moroccan mother and a foreign father

:iv). Eligible through marring a Moroccan Citizen.

:v). Eligible through naturalization

:vi). Eligible after obtaining a Certificate of Moroccan citizenship

:vii). Spouses, widows and widowers of Moroccan citizen

:viii) 3 recent, colored photographs of size 3x4 cm with white background and name of the applicant at the back of the photograph
