#To request for a copy of the birth certificate, please go to the State Civil Service, present your identity card and pay for the certificate. <br />
#If you are unable to obtain the birth certificate yourself, you may assign somebody else to apply for the procedure for you, by writing a proxy statement and providing all needed documents.<br />
