#Gather all documents you will need to submit to exchange your foreign driver's license.

To apply for the license:
*Completed application form
*A valid identity card for inspection
*Your foreign driver's license, must be valid
*Macedonian translation, notarized
*Proof of residence for at least six months in the country where the foreign driver's license was issued
*If the text on the foreign driving license does not clearly indicate which vehicles the license holder is allowed to drive: The applicant is required to submit the same documents issued by the authority that issued the foreign driver's license
*A medical certificate of physical and mental ability of the driver issued by a medical board

To obtain a license card:

*Photocopy of ID
*Two photos of the applicant (size 3.5 X 4.5)

*For applicants who are 65 years old: A medical certificate must be submitted in all proceedings connected to the issuance of a driver's license
