#Already vaccinate person with an already account existing account with the MoH should click on the “Sign In” tab, Enter Username (National ID / Passport No/ Alien ID / Birth Cert...) and Password then click on the “Login” tab.
#Person without an account should click on the “Create Account” tab and provide the following details on the next window: All inputs with an asterisk (*) are required
#*Have you been vaccinated? Select (Yes)
#*Select identification type (National ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, Alien ID, Military ID)
#*Identification number
#*Provide your email
#*Insert your phone number and country code
#*Enter Password, Confirm then Sign Up.
#Once login to the portal, read through the pop-up instruction then click on the “I have read the Instruction” tab.
#The MoH system will automatically conduct a search, after a successful search click on the “View Your Info” tab
#On the next window click on the “Edit My Details” tab, select the Identification document used during registration /vaccination and enter the document number, then click on the “Update” tab, proceed and make all amendments then click on “Save”.
#The time frame for amending the certificate is instantly and they are no fees associated with this service.
#Users should ensure they log out of the system when they are done with the application process. This is to avoid unauthorized access to a third party(s) who may manipulate the information.
