#One has to login to the page using the registered user name and password or else please register and login&lt;br /&gt;
#Once logged in, please select ”Birth registration” option displayed to reach the next page.&lt;br /&gt;
#In the given page, please enter / select appropriate details and upload required documents to register.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once you hit submit button you will get a acknowledgement  and please keep it safe. The same will be sent to your mobile number that was provided while applying for future reference&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Apply In-Person&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
#To apply for a Birth Certificate, you must first register the birth.&lt;br /&gt;
#The birth has to be registered with the concerned local authorities within 21 days of its occurrence, by filling up the form prescribed by the registering authority.&lt;br /&gt;
#Normally the dispensaries or hospitals where the birth takes place maintain a register and the same is sent to the local bodies at regular intervals for registering the records.&lt;br /&gt;
#Once it reaches the Municipality or MRO, the concerned citizen has to approach the authority and apply for the certificate on any working day.&lt;br /&gt;

#If the applicant is a new user click the “Register HERE” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to enter the Aadhar number in the newly opened page.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant will get the OTP from the registered mobile number.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to enter the OTP number and click the “Allow” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to enter all the Email ID, Password, Phone number and click the “Submit” button.&lt;br /&gt;
#Now, the applicant has to login and click the “LOGIN IN”.&lt;br /&gt;
#The applicant has to select the respective department and the applying certificate.&lt;br /&gt;
#Enter all the details in the application form.&lt;br /&gt;

#To Obtain a Birth Certificate, the applicant has to approach respective “Nadakacheri” centre [https://nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in/AJSK/Home/NKAddresses link]&lt;br /&gt;
#Please visit the centre and consult with the centre operator for your requirement.&lt;br /&gt;
#If the operator issues an application form, then collect it and pay the requisite fee. Please complete the application form.&lt;br /&gt;
#Now, submit the completed application along with the required documents as per the “Required Documents” section of this page. It is advised to take the documents in original to the kiosk for scanning purposes.&lt;br /&gt;

==Required Documents==&lt;br /&gt;
*If the birth takes place at a dispensary/hospital, the register record is enough.&lt;br /&gt;
*Address proof(Voter ID, Driving License etc.) of parents&lt;br /&gt;
*Aadhaar Card of Parents&lt;br /&gt;
*If the birth takes place at a house, the citizen has to approach the local body and inform in writing. Then it will be verified &amp;amp; the certificate will be issued. &lt;br /&gt;

*Name of the Parent&lt;br /&gt;
*Date of birth of the child&lt;br /&gt;
*Location of residence&lt;br /&gt;
*Certificate of Doctor / Hospital discharge certificate&lt;br /&gt;
*In case of delayed registration, an affidavit from judicial magistrate / Notary is required indicating the date and place of birth, names of parent and evidence of the event of birth&lt;br /&gt;
*In case you have applied after a month but within a year you have to obtain a permission from the Add.Dist.Registrar i.e BDO of concerned Taluka&lt;br /&gt;
*In case applied after one year, need to obtain a order from executive magistrate and copy of the said order is required to be attached with the prescribed application form.&lt;br /&gt;
