#:(ii) Click on the far right side of your screen, Make appointment option.
#:(iii) You will be redirected to the next page, fill out all mandatory fields accurately {location, under formality select ”carte grise”, CGI agency that you wish to fill your application with, date, time, email address, full name, phone number, identification document, document number)
#:(iv) Accept terms and conditions then click on “To send” tab.
#:(v) You will receive details of your appointment, indicating that it has been taken into account by the CGI.
#:(vi) Alternative you can call the CGI toll free number 1320 or (+225) 21006929 to make the booking appointment or for inquires.
#File your applicant
#:(i) Visit the regional integrated Service Management Center (CGI) office, you had book an appointment with at the specific date and time.
#:(ii) Approach the Department of transportation service desk and express your interest, fill out the application form accurately.
#:(iii) Pick the control ticket service number and wait for your ticket number to be called.
#:(iv) Submit the completed form along with the supporting documents (listed below) to the attending official for verification and processing.
#:(v) Payment the application fees at the in-house bank, upon which you will be issued with a receipt.
#:(vi) If the attending official is satisfied that all the conditions for filling the application are met you will be issued with the card immediately.

# a legible photocopy of the registration document (presentation of the original) or a certificate of declaration of loss in original in case of loss or theft of the registration document,
# A legible photocopy of the valid identification document (natural person) of the vehicle owner. If the owner is a legal person,
# A legible photocopy of the valid identification document (natural person) of their legal representative and legible photocopy of the document appropriate to its legal status,
# The original of the vehicle acceptance report (RTI),
# The original of the transformation certificate indicating the transformations,
# A legible photocopy of the valid sticker and technical inspection certificate (presentation of the original)
# The original agreement of the vehicle pledge house (if the vehicle is pledged except the pledge MINICOM);
# The original of the empty weight ticket if the conversion changes the empty weight;
# The original of the gray card extract in case the gray card is not in the database data
# The original receipt for payment of the isolated receipt (RTI) (3) of the vehicle.
# A legible photocopy of the owner's CIE or SODECI invoice or the residence certificate.
