#A request for the application should be sent along with the required documents to the [http://www.health.gov.il/English/MinistryUnits/HR/Proffesion/Pages/default.aspx Medical Professions Licensing Department]. <br />
#After receipt of the application, the applicant's eligibility to sit the examination is assessed by the Medical Professions Licensing Department. A notification will be sent to eligible applicants summonsing them to an examination, to the address held in Ministry records.<br />
#The applicant will be asked to attend an examination and the applicant should clear the examination.<br />
#After clearing the examinations the applicant will go through a criminal record check which the applicant should clear after which the license will be issued to the candiate.<br />
