*Holder was sentenced to imprisonment for 5 (five) years<br />
*Holder has lost citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia under the provisions of the legislation<br />
*Dual nationality children who choose foreign citizenship<br />
*Expiry date<br />
*Holder dies<br />
*Damaged in such a way that the information in it could be unclear or give the impression that they can no longer as an official document<br />
*Reported missing by its owner as evidenced by a certificate of the police report, or<br />
*Ordinary passport holders do not give up in the effort to recall Ordinary Passport.<br />
In case of removal of passport done when the holder is outside the Indonesian region corresponding to the given Passport Travel Document in Lieu of a passport substitute documents that will be used for the repatriation process.<br />
