*The concerned department shall issue a photo identity to all reporters/ correspondents/ news/ cameraman/ videographers and editors to whom the pass is granted by the Committee, and whenever necessary, they should have authorization to enter all premises of the Central and State Governments, without any requirement of obtaining visitor pass.
*The Press Pass Committee shall consist of not less than 10 members, representing various recognized mainstream media organizations.
