#To renew a Massage Establishment Licence, you will need to file an application with the Liquor and Miscellaneous Licensing Department. <br />
#Application for licence renewal must be made not more than 3 months and not less than two months before a licence is due to expire or within such other period prior to the forthcoming expiration as the licensing authority may permit in writing. <br />
#A link to the application form is provided under 'Documents to Use' section which you can use to download the application form. <br> A licensee should complete two copies of application form and supplementary information form (photocopies are acceptable) and all to be signed by himself. Application may either be submitted to the Police Licensing Office in person or by mail to 12/F, Arsenal House, Police Headquarters, 1 Arsenal Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. <br />

The Commissioner shall not grant a licence unless he is satisfied that: - <br />
*(a) the applicant is a fit and proper person to operate a massage establishment; <br />
*(b) the applicant will adequately and personally supervise the massage establishment; <br />
*(c) the premises and the situation thereof are suitable for operation of a massage establishment; and <br />
*(d) the massage establishment will not be operated in a manner contrary to the public interest. <br />
