A Drivers license is a must for all persons who are operating a vehicle on the streets of Hawaii. It is one permit that is mandatory for any person who is traversing any roads, even if in the other states of America.

You will not be issued a driver's license, if:
*your license has been suspended or revoked by a court of law;
*you have failed to pass the required driver's examination;
