In Order to apply for a Gibraltar Identity Card you need to submit the following:<br />

1.) First time applicants: Full Birth Certificate and Parents' Marriage Certificate<br />
<br />
2.) Passport<br />
<br />
3.) One Recent passport photograph, photos must be standard passport photos on a grey or cream background and must show the whole head and top of shoulders.<br />

4.) Completed and signed application form<br />

* Applications forms must be completed in full.<br />
<br />
* Applications for persons over the age of 15 must be signed by the applicant.<br />
<br />
* Applications for persons under the age of 15 must be signed by one parent.<br />
