#To Renew certificate of Airworthiness in Ghana, the applicant has to contact the nearest Civil Aviation Authority Office in Ghana.

#Application forms should obtain from the respective office.
#Also, make sure that the applicant has all the documents listed in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
#Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
#The receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified/ corrected.
#If the receiving officers are satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the renewal of a license and the prescribed application form has been completed and presented in the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed renewal application fees, after which the license will be issued.
#A renewal processing of 7 days is needed to complete the processing of the Renew certificate of Airworthiness application, after which the applicant will be contacted through a phone call to collect him/her new license at the GCAA’s Personnel Licensing offices.
#Applicant will be required to carry his/her identification documents when collecting his/her renewed certificate.

*The aircraft Airworthiness Directives (AD) status report.
*A statement of compliance with the authority requirements and manufactures service bulletins.
*Aircraft previous twelve (12) months maintenance review report.
*Current Mass and Balance schedule report.
*Copy of latest major scheduled maintenance certificate release to service.
*Copy of the current certificate of release to service (if different from (f) above.
*Record of the aircraft equipment and systems installations.
*Copy of the current aircraft Radio Station licence.
*Current Stand-by compass swing schedule report. (As may be required).
*Copy of the aircraft certificate of insurance.
*A C of A renewal test flight schedule report (as may be required).
*Aircraft Status Report on Form
* Current Annual readout reports for Cockpit Voice Recorder and Flight Data Recorder.
*Current Pilot Static System Test Report.
*Any other documents as the Authority may require.
*Proof of payment of the C of A renewal prescribed fee.
