*Food Safety License Registration also very much mandatory documents for food Repackers in order to address the legal requirement. Type of FSSAI license would vary based on the type and scale of the repacker business.

*For repackaging & distribution, the license/registration for the marketer, distributor, supplier etc (Depending on the nature of the business) needs to be applied for. For 100% export of the food articles, the food license for export from the central food authority will have to be obtained.
*Repacking means packing of food product into different sizes with labelling after doing minimal processing as required like sorting, grading, sieving etc. from wholesale packages.
