#To Renew Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) in Ghana, the applicant has to contact the nearest Civil Aviation Authority Office in Ghana.

#Application form should obtain from the respective office.
#Also, make sure that the applicant has all the documents listed in the “Required documents” section of this page.
#Payment of appropriate fees should be made and that can be found under the "Fees" section of this page.
#Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee and submit the receipt as a proof of payment.
#The receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified/ corrected.
#If the receiving officers is satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the renewal of a license and the prescribed application form has been completed and presented in the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed renewal application fees, after which the license will be issued.
#A renewal processing 7 days is needed to complete the processing of the Airline Transport Pilot License application, after which the applicant will be contacted through a phone call to collect his/her new license at the GCAA’s Personnel Licensing offices.
#Applicant will be required to carry his/her identification documents when collecting his/her renewed license.

*Copy of former/ expired license.

*An Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is the highest level of aircraft pilot certificate. Those certified as airline transport pilots (unconditional) are authorized to act as pilot in command on scheduled air carriers' aircraft.
