Private sector employees: 
*Proof of employment legalized
*A CDS request form to collect from DGDI
*A copy of the identity document from the employer
*A copy of the license and the payment receipt for the current year 
Public sector contract workers: 
*A copy of the decision to enter the Public Service
*A certificate of taking or resumption of service 
Technical assistance staff: 
*A copy of the mission order of the Ministry of Business
*Foreign from the country of origin (for new Venus)
*An original certificate signed by the cooperation service or other supervisory body based in Gabon
*A recent original certificate of employment signed by the person in charge of the position assignment 
Self-employed workers: 
*The Trade Agreement and proof that the holder has completed all the formalities required from administrations concerned 
Renter owners: 
*Land title or title annuity or pension served by a Gabonese organization. 
Ministers of religion and members of approved congregations: 
*Certificate from an official officially recognized by the Government, specifying the functions and conditions of stay as well as its total care by the congregation
*A license to practice issued by the Ministry of the Interior. 
Foreigners married to a Gabonese (who do not have not yet acquired nationality) 
*Photocopies proof of civil status
*Copy of the document identity of the Gabonese spouse 
Family member of a resident: 
*A copy the marriage certificate or family book
*Copy of the spouse's valid residence permit
