The legal age is eighteen (18). If either party is under the age of eighteen (18) but at least the age of sixteen (16), the clerk cannot issue a license unless a notarized written consent of parent(s) or guardian(s) along with driver&amp;#039;s license, identification card, or passport of all parties is presented and filed. &lt;br /&gt;

However, the license shall be issued without parental consent when both parents are deceased or when a minor has been previously married. &lt;br /&gt;

All Marriage Licenses are valid for sixty (60) days. If you are not married within the sixty (60) days, you will have to obtain a new license. &lt;br /&gt;

A standard marriage license requires a 3-day waiting period before a marriage ceremony can be performed.&lt;br /&gt;

Exceptions to the 3-day waiting period are:&lt;br /&gt;
