*The applicant must be a natural person.
*The applicant must be 21 years or above.
*The applicant must be a Fiji Citizen or must hold a Dual Citizenship.
*The applicant should reside in the particular Transport zone that they are applying to.
*The applicant should not have any criminal offense record.
*The applicant should not have held a Taxi Permit before.
*The total household income of the applicant must be below $20,000.
*All Convicted TINs must be cleared by the applicant.
*Applicant should not be a holder of 2 or more permits.

*Annual PSV Taxi Permit Fee - $9.48
*3 years PSV Taxi Permit Fee - $28.91

There are validity for Taxi Permit. After that the validity period, the permit be renewed. 
*One year Annual Fee Permit is valid for One year.
