#Before applying for the Provisional License, the applicant must pass the Driving Test, and get the Certificate of Competency from the Driving Examiner.
#If the applicant fails the Driving test, then need to re-take the Driving Test until they pass the test.
#The applicant should also pass the Level 1 Defensive Driving Course.
#While applying the applicant must carry the learners permit and it must be surrendered to the CSO in the LTA.
#If there is any other license (Class 1,2,3,4,5) then it must be also be surrendered to the CSO.
#Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section.
#Then the application form should be filled with necessary details, and then it should be submitted to the CSO – Customer Service Officer.
