#The timber importer (applicant) must obtain the appropriate application form from the Fiji Biosecurity Authority office.
#Make sure that you have all the documents that are mentioned in the “Required Documents” section of this page.
#The application form should be filled with necessary details, and along with the required documents, it should be submitted to the Biosecurity Authority officer.
#The prescribed fee payment must be made and the payment receipt must be attached along with the application form.
#After submitting the application, the Biosecurity officer will verify the application based on the Noxious weeds, pests, diseases of plants regulations act.
#The timber certificate will also be verified by the officials.

The timber owner/agent must apply for the timber import permit to the Biosecurity officer.

*Supervision of fumigation/BAF treatment of sample timber – per treatment - $71. 01

The timber permit is valid only for 6 months from the date of issue.
