*Full Current medical report.
*Population of the proposed area.

*Vehicle Quotation (if vehicle is to be purchased upon approval of permit.)
*Trade in value of existing vehicle.

*Stand or ply for hire from a point other than a stand or base from which it is authorised to operate.
*Stop to pick up a passenger within 300 meters from a bus stop, bus stand or taxi stand except from a stand from which the minibus is authorised to operate.
*Stop in any place which would create a hazard to passengers, pedestrians or other road users or delay other traffic.
