#The receiving officers will check for discrepancies or ineligibility in the application documents. If a discrepancy that cannot be immediately corrected exists in any of the documents, the application and all the submitted documents will be returned to the applicant and should not be re-submitted until the discrepancy has been rectified corrected.
#If the receiving officers is satisfied that all the requirements have been met for the issue of a licence and the prescribed application form has been completed and presented in the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Office, the applicant will be advised to pay the prescribed application fees, after which the licence will be issued.
#You are also to proceed to pay the prescribed application fees and submit the payment receipt to together with the application documents
#A processing time of 7 days is needed to complete the processing of the Flight Engineer License application, after which you will be contacted through a phone call to collect your renewed license at the ECAA’s Personnel Licensing offices.

*Aeronautical experience form
*Summary of flying hours form
*A knowledge test results slip
*Two (2) current passport size photographs (full face) whose size should be 2cm by 2.5cm
*Records substantiating the experience shown on the application Form in form of a logbook
*Payment receipt of the prescribed fees

Any person having flight engineer license are eligible to renew after expiry or before the month or week of expiry.

Fee for the procedure has to be paid as per the authority request. 
 
==Validity==
The Flight Engineers’ License validity depends on the medical certificate held by the engineer this may be a 6, 12 or 24 period.

*Submit all the required documents.
*Pay the applicable fees and submit the payment receipt.
*Wait for the processing period to elapse then collect your new Flight engineer license.
