#There the applicant will be issued with application for Renewal of coffee pulping station licence from the authority.
#Applicant has to fill-in all the necessary details in the application form.
#Applicant must make sure to carry documents that are listed under “Required Documents” section of this page (Both photocopies and originals).
#Submit the completed application form and pay the required application fee of and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
#This is followed by an inspection of applicants by the Board field Officers
#The Board field officers will inspect the application make recommendations on the application, and forward their report forwarded to Board’s Headquarters for the ultimate Board approval.
#Upon a successful of license, the Applicant is notified and he/she will be required to pay the respective license fee of to the board and submit the receipt as proof of payment.
#Once the renewal of license processing is done, the coffee pulping station License is renewed to the applicant by the Managing Director.

*Copy of current Coffee Pulping station Certificate.
*Identification Cards/ Passport and PIN Number of the applicant
*A certified copy of certificate of incorporation/registration;
*A certified copy of memorandum and articles of association/ constitution
*Copy of title deed or certificate of leasehold as proof of ownership land or proprietorship and a current certificate of search or other supporting documents.
*Names and address of Directors.
*Proof of Reliable source of clean water
*Proof of a minimum of 2 acres of coffee or 20,000kgs of cherry on an average of three years.
*Proof accessibility of nursery site for inspection and materials transportation
*Any other requirements that may be prescribed by the Authority from time to time Nursery Certificate in Ethiopia
