==Need for the Document==<br />
The Authority if satisfied that the applicant has met and complied with the requirements for the grant or renewal of an air transport license, shall grant or renew the permit. An air transport license not utilized at the expiration of its validity period shall not be renewed by the Authority, notwithstanding, the holder of the air transport license may apply for a fresh issuance.<br><BR><br />
The Authority may vary, suspend or cancel/revoke an Airline Operating permit if the holder of the air transport license contravenes any of the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act, these regulations, rules and order made thereunder and any such condition subject to which the air transport license was granted.<br><br />
