#To get married in Cte dIvoire, applicants will need to file an application to get married at their local Town Hall.

##Divorced Spouse: extract or copy of the birth certificate or the supplementary judgment bearing the reference to the divorce decree with a certificate of non-opposition and non-appeal issued by the clerk.
##Foreign spouses: Extract of birth certificate, certificate of marital capacity, photocopy of the valid residence permit or visa page, certificate or certificate of residence or any other document attesting residence dating less than six months and photocopy of the consular card, the identity card or the passport.
#Pay the application fee.
