==Procedure==
 This procedure explains various ways to Cancel / Downgrade Student Visa in CALABARZON. 
#To cancel or downgrade your student visa, you will need to submit an application with the Bureau of Immigration.
#Before you go to the office checkout first the list of documents you will need to bring with you when you apply for the procedure. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section which you can use to download the checklist.
#Once you have completed the application form and gathered all the required documents visit a BI Office.
#Present your letter request for downgrading and other requirements.
#Obtain a Order of Payment Slip.
#Pay the required immigration fees. Do not forget to collect your receipt.
#Submit the official receipt with the other requirements for downgrading.
#If your application is approved, present passport for implementation.
#Claim the passport stamped with the downgraded visa.

==Required Documents==
*Letter request addressed to the Commissioner from the applicant or authorized school representative stating the reason(s) for downgrading and the date of intended departure;
*Accomplished CGAF (BI Form CGAF-003-Rev 0);
*Copy of Latest Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades;
*School Clearance;
*Photocopy of passport bio-page, visa implementation page and the pages bearing the latest admission, departure and valid authorized stay; and
*National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance.
*2x2 colored photograph with white background

''Submission of additional supporting documents may be required by the Bureau for further verification and evaluation of application.''

Notes:
#When you submit your documents, make sure that it is arranged in the order as listed in the Checklist of Documentary Requirements (CDR), compiled in a legal size (8½ x 14 in.) folder and submitted within the prescribed period, if applicable.
#If the application is filed by an authorized representative, attach a photocopy of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) Accreditation Identification (ID) Certificate or an original Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for EACH applicant with a photocopy of a valid government-issued ID of attorney-in-fact.
#The original valid passport of the applicant must be submitted to the Central Receiving Unit (CRU) personnel or concerned frontline officer for scanning. Thereafter, it shall be returned.
