==Procedure==
#Complete an application form. If you have changed name, you must indicate previous name in which license was issued. A link is provided under 'Documents to Use' section to help you download the form. You may also get a form from your local Management Office.
#The completed form and supporting documents should be submitted to the Chief Education Officer, Ministry of Education via the District Education Centres.

==Required Documents==
For teachers who are in possession of a valid Full Licence issued prior to or since 2010 who have completed additional programs of study since their licence was issued must submit:
*copies of the relevant documents (such as the new certificate, diploma, or degree)
*copy of your social security
*completed Licence UPDATE application form.

In cases where a teacher needs to have his/her Full Licence reissued in a new name (due to marriage or other legal change of name), submit:
*a copy of the relevant document (such as marriage certificate)
*completed Licence UPDATE application form.
