*The process of buying is buyer specific in the sense that it is decided by the nationality of the prospective buyer. If the buyer is a foreign citizen then he or she must obtain a Non-Citizen Land Holding License in order to buy property. This costs five percent of the value of the property that you wish to buy and there is a waiting period of between three to six months to obtain approval for purchasing the license. Besides this, the license is specific only to the property that you want to purchase.<br />
